Counselor of Marriage & Family Therapy
“Your story matters. Therapy is a place to create, change, understand, and accept it. And the best part is, you don’t have to do it alone.”
Rachel Williams, MMFT
Rachel is a Nashville native, growing up on a family farm not too far from the city. She completed her undergraduate and graduate work at Trevecca Nazarene University. She truly enjoys hearing people’s stories and has a deep appreciation for how family heritage influences personal identity. Rachel loves connecting with others through their stories and sitting with them as they create and understand their narrative.
As a counselor, Rachel strives to bring hope to her clients as they unpack life’s challenges and joys, relationships, spirituality, identity, and personal beliefs. She especially enjoys working with young adults as they make the transition from adolescence to adulthood and establish their place in family and social systems. Rachel is married to her husband Blake and likes to spend time hiking, traveling to National Parks, baking, spoiling her dog Doug, and doing home improvement projects.
Rachel is under the supervision of Joanna Dixon, LMFT & AAMFT Approved Supervisor.
