In the 15+ years that Joanna has been in the helping profession, it has become her belief that "We all have our own little personal carry-on sized bag of trauma that goes with us wherever we go."
In life, sometimes the trauma we have seen is vast, and other times it is a culmination of several small things that reinforce a negative belief that we carry about ourselves. That is the lie that she hopes to help her clients hold captive and reclaim through a place of empowerment and courage to heal.
