Lillian Eastham

Counselor of Marriage & Family Therapy
Lillian was born and raised in Kentucky. She moved to Nashville to pursue her graduate degree after working in marketing for several years. She has worked in several different places, from Spain to Disney World, which gave her the opportunity to connect with people from all different walks of life.
Lillian has experience working with adolescents in the schools and has a passion for working with those who feel undervalued or overlooked. She utilizes a variety of therapeutic models, and values making sure that the individual client’s needs are being met, and voice is being heard throughout the process. Her goal is to create a space of acceptance and safety, whether you are walking through trauma, life transitions, family of origin issues, relationship changes,
etc., she wants to walk with you and be a source of support. Her gentle demeanor and strength for interpersonal connection make her excellent at creating a safe environment for her clients to connect, engage, and carefully
step into the pain that troubles their system and gain corrective experiences to help heal those stuck places.
Lillian is an avid learner, always excited to read a new book, listen to podcasts, learning new research and trainings about the latest advances in the counseling profession. Outside of the office, you can find her trying new restaurants, seeing live music, and catching a yoga class.
