“I will not lose, for even in defeat, there’s a valuable lesson learned, so it evens up for me.” —Jay-Z

Marriage and Family Therapy has been the most impactful and rewarding career choice. I have deep empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to make a difference in people's lives. Showing up as my authentic, straightforward, relatable self in sessions with my clients helps me find the most authentic parts of my client.

My specialization is training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy), complex trauma counseling, and working alongside you through underlying and challenging experiences. I am passionate about working with first responders, emergency providers, and veterans.

Postpartum mommas also have a soft spot in my heart. I love working with mothers to navigate the life transition and the balance of #MomLife, because I’ve been there and know it all too well.

I take pride in creating a safe, supportive, real environment for my clients, where they can freely express their thoughts and emotions without fear of judgment.

My career as a therapist offers countless opportunities to impact individuals, families, and my community positively. I have the privilege of witnessing personal growth and transformation, helping clients develop coping strategies, and fostering a sense of empowerment and self-acceptance.
