Alex is a gift to the counseling profession. With a depth of compassion for others, he excels in helping others find compassion for themselves. Alex believes that today is a perfect day for letting go of hurt. He desires to create a safe space for others to explore their untapped potential.
Healing is the cornerstone of Alex’s work. Whether it’s social media addiction, anxiety, depression, grief, or religious trauma, he will hold space for your story and help you find practical solutions. For those who need support in the LBGTQIA+ community, Alex has a heart to walk alongside you in your journey for identity and love. He also has a passion for those dealing with addiction and codependency; he wants to help you find your voice and develop healthy boundaries.
Alex's passion its to help you learn, de/reconstruct and develop your own story. He uses a combination of Narrative and Strength Focused Therapies, as well as Emotionally Focused Therapy with his clients to better aid you in “unfolding your own myth.”
