She does this by finding a direct line to the heart of the pain, which is connection and security in the attachment to others. Through her gentle approach, she welcomes healing in its most raw and vulnerable places.

Kristen's work with dependency based issues may center around substance addiction, such as drugs or alcohol, behavioral addictions and compulsions, or even addiction to another human through codependency and awareness.

 

She hopes to help reveal those powers that are binding you to whatever it is that holds you captive and prevents you from moving on and uncoupling from your pain.

Loren worked for over a decade  in Community Mental Health. That work was rooted in dependency for individuals and family members pained by the impacts of chemical addiction.

 

It's not pretty or glamorous work, but it is crippling when left untreated. She helps her clients gain an understanding of the addiction. She also helps to heal the root injuries in those fighting addiction with the help of those they love by their side.
