Julie has a passion for helping others transform their stressors into strengths. Like us all, she has navigated her own challenges and learned how to use your resiliency as your strength in life!

  Julie brings a more directive approach to the counseling office to help you as a coach, from the sidelines, as you are dredging through your own mess in life.  With a combination of warmth, directness, and her own life stories learned from the school of "hard knocks," there's not much Julie isn't ready to walk with you through.

 Julie has studied many theories and achieved many certifications that allows her the ability to work with a range of presenting issues. Her ideal clients would most look like:

  • Parents of children with ASD, Autism Spectrum Disorder

  • Parenting & Grief after the loss of a spouse

  • Coaching Men who need support to show up more effectively in their marriage/life

  • Supporting Women/Assertiveness Training

  • Life Coaching Bootcamp

  • Grief across the spectrum

  • Empowerment through Adversity

 

Julie draws on her personal journey as well as her years of working with parents and individuals offering early intervention support with children under the age of three who have special needs and their parents.
