Loren is a dedicated therapist passionate about working with individuals and couples dealing with a multitude of issues including grief, trauma, and a feeling of lost connection with self and others. Loren utilizes a range of modalities to support her clients in their healing journey. She believes that work (IFS) and mindfulness based practices (DBT) are essential at addressing the root of the issues, crucial for creating lasting change.

In addition to traditional therapy sessions, Loren offers Brainspotting intensives to help clients work through deeply entrenched emotions and facilitate healing more quickly. Brainspotting is particularly effective at healing traumas, overcoming performance issues, and getting to the core of who you are. Loren is committed to providing a safe and supportive space for her clients to explore their emotions and experiences, ultimately helping them move towards a place of healing and growth.
