Counselor of Marriage & Family Therapy
“Your story matters. Therapy is a place to create, change, understand, and accept it. And the best part is, you don’t have to do it alone.”
Trey Manor, MMFT
Goodlettsville Location & Virtual
Trey was born and raised on the beaches of Coastal Georgia. After Graduate School, he stayed in Tennessee and moved to the Nashville area. He believes at their core, everyone wants to be known and loved. From that perspective, Trey strives to create opportunities for clients to feel fully heard and known. In doing so, clients are able to be open and honest with themselves and those they love.
Trey supports, challenges, encourages, and equips clients to build internal awareness of how their thoughts, feelings, and experiences combine to shape their actions. Trey fully realizes and embraces that each client and their story is different. The challenge and joy of therapy is in getting to meet clients with diverse backgrounds and experiences. Trey excels in working with couples, life transitions, family dynamics, and men seeking to build
emotional regulation and expression. He uses an integrative approach that combines Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Based Therapy (ACT), and Narrative Therapy.
Trey’s passion is for clients to learn and break the cycles that overwhelm them. Through understanding, regulating, and expressing emotions and reactions Trey enables individuals to live the lives they desire and couples to connect more deeply than they imagined they could.

Trey is under the supervision of Adam Horn, LMFT & AAMFT Approved Supervisor.
